Yes. Eureka Properties buys homes as-is, which means you don’t need to make repairs, updates, or improvements before selling. We’re used to properties that need anything from minor updates to major work—tell us what’s going on and we’ll let you know if it’s a fit.
 
 
Do I need to clean out the house before selling?
 
 
Not necessarily. Many sellers choose an as-is sale because they don’t want the stress of cleaning out, hauling away items, or coordinating donations/junk removal. Let us know what’s being left behind and we’ll talk through the simplest option.
 
 
Are there any fees or commissions?
 
 
If you sell directly to us, there are no real estate commissions. The goal is a straightforward process without the typical listing-related costs. (If we recommend listing instead, we’ll explain what fees would apply in that scenario.)
